1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CareCribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using CareCribe on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
CareCribe provides AI-powered clinical documentation tools for behavioral health and psychiatric rehabilitation program (PRP) providers. The platform processes audio recordings to generate structured clinical notes, provides clinical insights, and facilitates supervisor review workflows.
3. Clinical Responsibility
CareCribe is a documentation assistance tool. All AI-generated content, including clinical notes and insights, are drafts that require review and approval by a licensed clinician before use. CareCribe does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical judgment and professional responsibility remain with the licensed provider at all times.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are assigned roles (clinician, supervisor, admin) that determine access levels within the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CareCribe only for lawful clinical documentation purposes. You must comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the platform's operation.
6. Pricing and Payment
CareCribe is offered at $59 per user per month with a minimum of 5 users. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts are required.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all clinical data, audio recordings, and generated notes. CareCribe does not claim ownership of your content. We process your data solely to provide the service as described.
8. Limitation of Liability
CareCribe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
